Slovakia needs to support education in the IT sector, as digital technologies and artificial intelligence are crucial for the future of the economy and innovation. The development of IT education will enable the young generation to prepare for high-value-added jobs, increase the country’s competitiveness, and attract investments in technology. Strong IT education will also foster the creation of domestic innovations and startups, contributing to Slovakia’s economic growth and technological advancement on a global scale.
Skyro School, which opened this academic year, specializes in new educational methods linked to the latest technologies and the use of artificial intelligence. Students have the opportunity to choose between two specialized fields:
• Hybrid Application Development
• Digital Game Creation
The educational curriculum and approach are built on the values of respect and partnership. They provide opportunities for individualized learning, aiming to maximize the development of each student’s unique abilities. The teaching methods are designed to help uncover and leverage the potential of every student.

: BRIEF EXPLORATION :
The aim of the project is to design a modern extension of the secondary and higher education school, specializing in IT technologies and artificial intelligence (AI), in Bratislava. The primary focus will be on creating an inspiring and technologically advanced educational environment that reflects the dynamic and innovative nature of the IT industry and forms of education.
The extension should include multifunctional classrooms, research and development laboratories, coworking spaces for students, and spaces for startups and incubators. The technological infrastructure of the extension should be designed to meet the latest standards for teaching and research in IT and AI, including the integration of intelligent systems and automation.
The design should take into account modern ecological and sustainable solutions that are in harmony with the urban environment of Bratislava. The architectural design should be dynamic, flexible, and functionally connected with the existing school building, providing a comfortable and stimulating environment for future professionals in IT and AI.
