Interior design and partial facade revitalization
The building is located in the historical central part of the Czech town Mikulov. A specific feature is its location near three preserved vineyards in the immediate vicinity of the city castle. Currently, the existing premises are used exclusively for housing, in the future it is considered to create/add the other functions such as: designer studio, exhibition and meeting spaces. Attention of the project will be primarily focused on interior design including furnishings and the partial facade revitalization possibly add finishing of the building.
