: FINAL SUBMISSIONS :

: BRATISLAVA SCIENCE PARK :

Patronka is a location in Bratislava, that has the potential to become Slovakia’s most important science hub.

: 1. Slovak Academy of Science has its large campus here since late 50’s and is aspiring for a major refurbishment of the whole area in following years. :

: 2. TIOP - Integrated personal transportation terminal is planned at Patronka as stated in Bratislava’s public transportation strategy and will integrate railway station with other public means of transport as one of seven TIOPs in Bratislava. :

: 3. Bratislava Region as the owner of another huge area in the location of Patronka is planning to build a contemporary Social, Cultural and Educational Centre here. :

: 4. Large IT company with a worldwide importance is building its HQ here, that will be designed as a campus with offices, residential blocks, educational facilities and an auditorium. :

: FINAL PHASE :

Final phase of Bratislava Science Park will be situated next to the new IT campus and students will design its master plan during winter semester.

We are very much looking forward to explore how to strengthen the idea of Science Park through progressive typology of buildings and their forms, that will address new ways of scientific research.
