Design Studio Schleicher is focused on one main assignment engaging with different scale of design and thus with different levels of broad design issues. Assignments are adjusted to necessary content and extent of students’ study year and term.
Design Studio is looking at complex design of one big assignment from A to Z, beginning with philosophy of design, engaging with characteristic atmosphere of locality, working on design of urban structure (5th and 6th year), designing of architectural objects (4th, 5th and 6th year).
Benefits of Design Studio is interconnection among assignments of students of different study year, working with different scale of locality. this is offering a possibility of broad discussion and different thinking about approaching an assignment (following a progress of urban design assignment when working on architectural assignment and vice versa).
