The Institute of Fine Arts and Multimedia at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava is one of the key departments dedicated to the development of students' creative and technical skills in the field of fine arts and new media. The Institute supports an individual approach and enables students to develop their own creative potential. Students have the opportunity to collaborate on various projects with other faculties of STU, as well as with external partners from the field of art and culture. Students have the opportunity to explore a wide range of disciplines in depth in the subjects, including:
Traditional art techniques: Painting, sculpture, graphics and others.
Digital art: 3D modeling, animation, video, sound creation and interactive media.
Theory of art and design: Historical context, current trends and theoretical foundations of creation.
Multimedia projects: Combining different media and technologies to create complex works of art.
