The Faculty of Architecture and Design is situated within the STU campus right in the centre of Bratislava, the Capital city of Slovakia, next to the Presidential Palace and Governmental buildings. The building itself is a masterpiece of Modern architecture, a part of Slovakia’s cultural heritage.
- 1300 students (850 Bachelor, 400 Master, 50 PhD), 4% of foreign students.
- 143 staff members (105 full-time and approx. 38 visiting lecturers and critics).
Student Activities
Students’ card, Students’ parliament, sporting facilities and events. Invited lectures, creative workshops and competitions are organized year-round. Autumn University – on-site short training sessions on selected topics organized in premises of the Faculty of Architecture in Banská Stiavnica and vicinity.
