The aim is
° the exchange of competences between students of architecture from different universities
° practical training in intensive designing and hand-crafting at the place of interest
° to create an experimental, solution-oriented workspace
° to get new inspiration by local modern architecture
We are
° students doing their bachelor studies at the Bauhaus- University Weimar
° NO mentors, professors or professional architects
Together we are going to
° work in groups of 2 - 5 students
° think and discuss about the specific needs of this small area at Kukulida's backyard
° make a simple design concept within 2 days
° present our ideas to the members of the Kukulida housing project
° thing again in details afterwards
° finally realize one concept or parts of it
° have a closer look at modern architecture in Dresden
Costs
° accomodation for free
° we don't pay you money for your work
° we don't pay your travel expenses to Dresden
° you need about 15 € per day for public transport, food and admissions charges
Accomodation
° very simple: there is one big room and you will sleep in your sleepings bags on camping mats

° we are going to organize a cooking plate to cook together for all of us every day
° and important too: we have electric power supply and free internet access
You need
° your stuff that seems to be important for you to work independently: sketching materials, notebook, rule, camera, ...
° working clothes, a sleeping bag and camping mat
