The Slovak-American Foundation (SAF) inaugurated now more than two years ago concluded four very successful application rounds with a high number of applications. The SAF program generated a great interest both in the Professional Internship Program and the Research Scholar Program.
The Professional Internship Program is open for university students and recent graduates with a focus on entrepreneurship, providing a scholarship of up to $30,000 USD to spend up to 12 months in the U.S.
The Research Scholar is open for professors and academic researchers with a focus on entrepreneurship, providing a scholarship up to $60,000 USD to spend up to 12 months in the U.S.
Host Organizations are highly reputable American corporations and organizations, such as American Airlines, AON, Voith Hydro, Security Innovation Network, Kurt Salmon, Lloyds TSB Bank, and Nike Communications.
Application deadline: April 15, 2013, decision notifications by June 15, 2013. Successful applicants depart in the fall of 2013.
